Saint Patrick Orthodox Mission

Saint Patrick Orthodox Mission developed from the English services at Saint Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church, Wayville SA.  Though still small, we are growing as we tackle the challenge of planting an English congregation that will reach out to the central Metropolitan area of Adelaide. 

We want to be a spiritual home for Orthodox who do not currently attend a church, as well as for those who would appreciate participating in English services.

Also, we aim to help Australians from non-Orthodox backgrounds discover the riches of the Orthodox Faith.

The Mission serves to:

• Provide Orthodox Christian worship
• Educate in the Ancient Faith of the Church
• Develop tertiary and hospital chaplaincies
• Share the peace and wholeness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
